Technician - Refrigeration & Air ConditioningJob Location : RiyadhDescription :?Carrying out periodic maintenance of public central air conditioners, refrigeration equipment and cold rooms?Check and inspect the air conditioners and ensure the safety and correctness of their work.?Inspect the pumps and air conditioning networks in the building facilities and ensure their safety.?Contribute to the necessary general maintenance work.?Installing and monitoring new air conditioners?Periodic cleaning of air conditioner filters?Carrying out preventive maintenance, fault repair, maintenance and installation of air conditioning and refrigeration units, according to the direct managers plans and directions?Direct all maintenance requests assigned to the technician in accordance with direct manager directives and service level agreement.Requirements :?Full knowledge of central commercial refrigeration systems and their internal components.?Full knowledge of central integrated air conditioning systems and their internal components.?The ability to detect, diagnose, and repair faults in both air conditioning and refrigeration systems.?Ordering and installing the required spare parts.?Ability to read drawings and blueprints for both electrical wiring and piping.?Full knowledge of safety and hygiene procedures and the use of personal protective equipment, especially while carrying out preventive maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment to ensure compliance with safety policies.?Good knowledge of compressor maintenance and repair (mechanical repair).
