Identify the requirement for the following? Pre-mobilization? General Submittals? Engineering Submittals? Material Submittals? Drawings/Document Control?Establish administrative procedures concerning document control.?Maintain the client?s transmittal record regarding receiving of IFC drawings.?Prepare a log sheet with complete drawing details, revisions, discipline etc.?Issue latest drawings to their corresponding discipline and previous revision of drawings shall be retrieved back and stored properly to present at time visit of audit team of client or internal.?Superseded drawings should be stamped and placed at proper location.?First prepare/review Level-I & Level-II schedule and submit to client for approval in line with project milestones and contact requirements. ?Review the projects budget obtained from the cost control department.
