Qualification & Requirements:Extensive experience in tax reporting matters and control requirements and the implementation and management of these in large complex organizations.Experience in leading a team with regular deadlines and KPI reporting;Bachelors degree in Accounting, Commerce or Business Administration;Minimum 10 years of experience working in a corporate organization, Big4 tax and compliance experience - mandatory.Must be specialized in Tax ManagementAbility to communicate effectively (verbal and written), negotiate and liase at all levels of the organization.Team player and ability to oversee team players;Excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to complete the required tasks; Ability to work in stressful, last minute and deadline driven oriented tasks.
