Employment: Full Time The position of Supply chain Officer is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all facets of a comprehensive supply chain program. This includes negotiating and contracting for the supply chain of materials, supplies, services, and equipment, receiving, storing, and distributing of supplies for the hospital.Manage Process & ResourcesEnsures that the end to end supply chain process is managed according to Hospital standardsDevelop policies and procedures in the areas of the supply chain, inventory control, receiving, storage and distribution, of supplies throughout the hospitalProvides daily supervision for materials and supply chain distribution functions for the hospital in the areas on inventory management, quality assurance and value improvementPlans coordinates and administers the operational financial administrative and technical operations of material managementResponsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring measures are in place for optimum operationsEnsure periodic audits such as cycle counts, bill reviews are performed on time and in line with management expectationsBuilding and maintaining quality processes within the stores.Implement Group standardization processes in the HospitalEnsure that stock levels are monitored and manage the distribution process of consumables in the HospitalManage all annual and interim stock takes of consumable products in the HospitalEnsure periodic audits such as cycle counts, bill reviews are performed on time and in line with management expectations REQUIREMENTS: Degree from an accredited university with specialization in Supply chain management or othersMinimum 3-5 years of in clinical health care settingShould be fluent in English and ArabicSupervises, mentors, and manages the performance of team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and fiscal responsibilityCreate and submit reports as required e.g. month end report, operational and financial reports, cost management reports
