We are looking for an experienced Strategy Director to join a world class team.Responsibilities:- Manage the definition/ refresh of the companies Vision, Mission, and Values- Oversee the development of the companies Corporate Strategy, including strategic initiatives, in coordination with Management- Oversee the development of the companies Annual Operating Plans based on the Corporate Strategy, including department-level initiatives, plans, KPIs and targets, in coordination with Management- Identify, analyze and recommend major strategic opportunities to Management, including strategic partnerships and acquisitions- Develop the Corporate Risk Management framework, ensuring the adherence of all departments to approved policies and procedures and the application of robust risk management practices- Coordinate the management of key Corporate risks, including their identification, assessment, and prioritization, and the definition and implementation of mitigation plans- Oversee the business performance management process, issue the final report, including recommended remedial and/ or improvement action plans, and presents results to the respective department heads and Management- Oversee the development of recommended remedial and/ or improvement action plans, in coordination with Management, and ensure their implementation- Develop the departments annual business plan and KPIs and review its performance, in coordination with Strategy & Performance Management, and develop the departments budget in coordination with Finance. REQUIREMENTS: -15+ years of experience in corporate planning or management consulting-Bachelor in engineering or business administration-MBA or equivalent is required-Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities-Excellent analytical skills-Good understanding of the real estate industry
