Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading international personal care and beauty chain looking for a Store Manager and Store Supervisors to manage their teams in Saudi Arabia.Reporting to an Area Manager, you will lead your team in ensuring that sales profitability and excellent customer satisfaction are always met.As a Store Manager / Supervisor, you will be involved in:Overseeing and managing operational store requirementsEnsuring achievement of store sales and financial objectives; manage P&LAttending to customers and making sure that all customer-related issues/complaints are properly addressedFostering and maintaining client satisfaction and loyaltyRecruiting, managing, and training staffEnsuring compliance to company policies and standards REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years experience in supervisory or managerial role in the Beauty / Cosmetics industryOutstanding communication, leadership and business development skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate othersDigital- savvy, with excellent written and verbal communication skillsFemale (preferred), Saudi national (required), Arabic speaker (required)If you feel you have what it takes to become part of this successful beauty store chain, then please apply with an up to date CV.
