Staff Nurses - Saudi graduates - Long-Term Care HospitalCategoryNursing and MidwiferySpecialityRehabilitationLocationRiyadhDescriptionTo provide the highest standards of individualised nursing care to patients of the Long-Term Care Hospital (LTCH) as part of a holistic, multi-disciplinary team and in particular to:-Assess care needs, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care-Provide physical and psychological support to patients and families, at all times preserving patients privacy and dignity-Provide excellent communication links with patients, families & other clinicians-Contribute to supporting the Sister/Senior Nurse and Senior Sister/Ward Manages-Support the maintenance of the highest standards of cleanliness in their areaJob-Specific Skills-Knowledge and use of nursing theories, models, principles, and evidence-based practice to guide intervention decisions-Ability to develop nursing plans based on evaluation information-Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits-Housing allowance-Transport allowance-Food allowance-48 hour working week-Terms and conditions as per Saudi Labor law REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTSMinimum Qualifications-Bachelors Degree or Diploma in nursing (or equivalent)-Licensed (or eligible to be licensed) in Saudi Arabia as a Nurse Technician or Nurse SpecialistMinimum Related Experience-Newly graduated or experienced registered nurses-Experience in Long-Term Care is advantageous
