SR IT System AdminJob Location : RiyadhKey Responsibilities :?Administer servers, laptop and desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, telephones, software deployment, security updates and patches, Backup System, and Domain Controller.?Ensure the design of the system allows all components to work correctly.?Maintain network and system security.?Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems?Evaluate and modify the system?s performance.?Manage and provide customer solutions from the order stage to deployment.?Assign updated authentication configuration and authorisation of directory services and maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers and printers.?Responsive, timely, and accurate solutions to issues escalated in the service desk by service level agreements.?Relevant documentation must be delivered, available and readily accessible to all IT staff for troubleshooting.?Maintenance and support simplified through collaboration and team effort.?Maintain high-quality 24/7 operations of all the company?s IT systems.?Proactive detection of pending faults or problems, reducing system downtime.Requirements :?Need experience
