Sr. Commercial EngineerJob Location : Saudi ArabiaRequirements :?must have experience between 10-15 years?Min. BSc. degree with relevant professional certifications.?Proven track record of successful delivery of projects from concept to detailed design and completion of construction?Strong collaborative behaviour to interface with the Developer, project representatives/stakeholders, consultants and contractors team.?Currently resident in KSA with a transferable iqama?KSA Experience is a mustKey Responsibilities:?Technical leadership on large multi-disciplinary project delivery?Oversee designs and budgets and drive projects from tender to delivery in a multi-disciplinary environment?Build and motivate a team and demonstrate good leadership qualities?Manage and report on project performance?Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and ensure that a good Health & Safety culture is engendered within the team?A supportive and encouraging approach to mentoring less experienced members of the team, combined with a passion for staff development.?Excellent team player, able to influence technical and delivery staff, and colaborate effectively with other divisional colleaguesRemuneration & Benefits:?A competitive package/Single status?30 calendar days of annual leave?Medical insurance cover?Annual flight allowance to point of origin
