Site EngineerJob Location : Saudi Arabia:?Reports directly to the Operations Manager. The duties of the Site Engineer are not limited to monitor the progress and supervise all workers in all?projects on all installation works, grouting works, painting works and rectification works of metal?Supervise installation works in multiple projects with urgent deadlines, ensuring project completion as per the set timeline.Should be able to?interpret building plans as well as demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication and problem-solvi?Educate the workers and ensure safety practices or protocols are being observed in all project sites. Coordinate with clients on scheduling of?works, as well as ensuring the efficiency and timeliness of delivering the installation works.?Inspecting installation sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards to minimize work-related accidents and injuries. Maintain?accurate record of workers attendance.?Evaluate workers performance and institute disciplinary measures as needed. Track inventory and orders materials/equipment for the installation?works.?1Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working order and condition. Communicates the installation progress and submit reports to the?Operations Manager and recommends measures to improve productivity and quality in installation works.?Training of workers on door installation works and other type of works as maybe required. Attending on-site meetings as needed
