* 15+ years experience, ideally within reputable residential Real Estate, Design or Construction firms with previous exposure on large scale giga-projects preferred.* Experience in strategic planning stage of large-scale developments* Bachelors Degree is a must* Experience with a variety of global technical standards, safety and sustainability initiative* Masters Degree educated in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Surveying or related.* Able to autonomously balance and prioritise multiple workstreams.* Knowledge of project design and construction processes and phases* Highly collaborative, open mindset and strong communication skills* Professional accreditation (MRICS, CIOB, RIBA or similar) is preferred
