Our client in Riyadh is seeking a number of Senior level Project Management personnel to run the second phase of a project they have been involved with for the last 12 months. The project is mixed use but largely residential and one of KSAs "mega-projects" in line with their 2030 vision.Candidates must have large project experience in the Middle East to be considered and meet all of the criteria below. REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must:Have Middle East experience with Developer / ConsultancyBe strong, well educated and client facingBe able to relocate quickly - within 4 weeks of offerHave multiple project experienceAssociate and Director level must have the ability and experience to review and do due diligence on a large multi-faceted project and make the relevant changes to move the project forwardUnderstand the nature of these ME type projects and how to communicate with all stakeholders and multicultural teamsBe able to relocate on a single status basis
