The successful candidate will take charge and report directly to the GM, they require a solid background looking after multiply projects on the clients side from design stage to construction supervision. You will have a BSc in Civil Engineering from a reputable University and membership toSuitable candidates should fulfil the following criteria.* Shall hold a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer, Architecture or Construction Management.* Should be a member of a recognised professional body.* Must have at least 25 years experience at senior level with at least 5 years senior management experience working on mega projects, across Buildings, water, rail, infrastructure.* Must have worked for a large international consultancy with at last 7 years experience in the Middle East region.* Excellent time management skills, verbal and written communication skills, and good teamwork skills.* Strong interpersonal skills, good decision-making skills.* Excellent project management skills, good leadership skills, and ability to pay particular attention to detail.* Coordinating construction projects and ensuring that everything goes according to plan from conception to completion.* Oversee the engagement of Design and Specialist consultants through the design development process, construction, and completion.
