The Sr. Manager - Operational Excellence is a member of the management team of the company with overall responsibility for quality, continuous improvement and knowledge management initiatives and activities.He is responsible for the development and enforcement of corporate quality and policies and procedures and is responsible for overseeing certifications across the network.He is also responsible for the implementation of rigorous quality audit programs across the firm.The jobholder is accountable for the development and implementation of knowledge management policies, procedures, and tools across the organization.He shall stay abreast of the latest operational trends and developments in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry and ensure that they are migrated and implemented, where applicable.
