Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering or equivalent. Refinery experience is a MUST. Middle East experience is required. Refining inspection experience required. Minimum of Ten (10) years of related Refining Inspection Experience with valid API certifies in a minimum of one (API 510 or 570).
