* Significant experience in occupational psychology, HR Consultancy or HR, to include client facing experience and a strong background in assessment and development* Experience of delivering and managing client projects/solutions in one or more of the following areas: talent management strategy and process design; assessment; post-hire solutions; learning and development; training delivery; product consulting* Expert facilitator with experience of implementing HR and people solutions* Expert project leadership experience* Preferred: Chartered Occupational Psychologist or equivalent qualification in the HR field (e.g. Chartered Institute Personnel and Development/Master Business Administration)
