Employment: Full Time Are you a Legal & Compliance Counsel based in Riyadh/looking to move to Riyadh My client, a large international investment company is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to join their successful team and contribute to their international development.Client DetailsA large group investing in Asia, Europe, USA and other emerging markets.Description* Support the Groups expansion globally by opening offices and subsidiaries in new geographies.* Add legal compliance expertise as well as financial, corporate and reputation compliance advisory.* Record and monitor the restrictive covenants and risks related to contracts both internally and externally.* Support with the development of a new contract automation system.* Audits monitoring, and regulatory advisory across the global offices.* Manage the Junior Compliance Officer and delegate tasks to the legal team when. necessaryJob Offer:An attractive expat salary with good working conditions.
