Employment: Full Time Receive and verify the vendor invoicesFind Discrepancy and solved the dispute between both partiesCoordinate with various Departments to obtain necessary approval on the invoicesPost supplier invoices in Company Accounting Software after obtaining necessary approval and proper supporting documentsPrepare supplier reconciliation on monthly basis. Arranging the necessary documents to process the payment once instructed by managementCoordinate with Head OfficePrepare Cost summery report for JVs Vessel and share copies of invoicesMonthly Consolidated AP Aging Preparation & VerificationVerify and post Petty cash EntriesFiling VAT and WHT Return on monthly basis. Managing all correspondences with the local authoritiesPreparing Revenue Invoices for Saudi AramcoFollowing up with the clients for the collection on regular basis.Preparing necessary Audit schedules & assisting Head Office in completing the statutory Audit. Other duties assigned by Head Office REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of diversified experience.2 years in increasingly responsible supervisory positions.Reporting experience.Preferred Marine industry and Big 4 accounting experience.
