Scaffold Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the installation, inspection, and maintenance of scaffolding structures on construction sites. Ensuring safety compliance, quality standards, and timely completion of scaffolding work are key aspects of this role.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the setup and dismantling of scaffolding structures according to safety standards and project specifications.Supervise and coordinate the work of scaffolders and other related personnel.Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding to ensure structural stability and safety.Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers use proper protective equipment.Liaise with project managers, safety officers, and clients regarding scaffolding requirements and issues.Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, incidents, and work progress.Identify and rectify any defects or safety hazards related to scaffolding.Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and industry standards.Train and guide scaffolders on proper techniques and safety procedures.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as a Scaffold Supervisor or similar role in construction.Knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and regulations.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Strong leadership and team management skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.Relevant certifications in scaffolding and safety (e.g., OSHA, CISRS, or equivalent).
