Job Summary:The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing client relationships for heavy equipment rental and manpower supply services in Saudi Arabia, particularly in NEOM and other western regions. The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their project requirements, and providing tailored rental and workforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of the Saudi market for construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors. The candidate must be currently working in Saudi Arabia in a similar field.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Business Development – Identify and approach potential clients in construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors for heavy equipment rental and manpower supply.Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring long-term business partnerships.Sales Negotiation & Closing Deals – Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new and existing clients.Market Research & Awareness – Stay updated on ongoing and upcoming projects in NEOM and other western regions to identify business opportunities.Coordination with Operations & Procurement – Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and workforce to client sites.Sales Reporting – Maintain records of sales performance, client interactions, and business development activities.Customer Service – Provide excellent service to clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.* 3+ years of experience in sales within heavy equipment rental and manpower supply industries.* Strong understanding of the Saudi market, particularly in NEOM and other western regions.* Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.* Valid Saudi Driving License (required).* Currently working in Saudi Arabia in a similar field (required).* Proficiency in English & Arabic (preferred).
