Sales Director - Glass Processing - Saudi ArabiaOur client, a manufacturing business with a facility in Riyadh requires a Sales Manager / Director.Reporting to the General Manager, the main purpose of the position is to effectively lead the sales function of the business.This will include:Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targetsDeveloping relationships with clientsIdentifying and reporting on business opportunities in target marketsRepresenting the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking eventsMaximizing new business development opportunitiesOverseeing a sales team REQUIREMENTS: Suitable candidates will have demonstrated sales experience in the aluminum or glass manufacturing industry in Saudi Arabia.Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targetsAbility to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-levelProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeProven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and servicesProven ability to position products against competitorsDemonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutionsExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skills
