Safety SupervisorJob Location : Saudi ArabiaRole & Responsibilities:?Assist the HSE Officers to ensure full safety compliance and plan & organize measures necessary for effective control of injuries and property damages.?Prepare and provide Project Specific HSE Orientation to all employees prior to their deployment to respective tasks.?Conduct HSE inspections and audits at all project locations / activities and initiate necessary corrective actions.?Provide reports to HSE Engineer for any further necessary actions.?Implement the Project HSE Plan with the support of HSE Engineer and Project Manager / Project in-charge and periodically review the same with the project.?execution team to reaffirm is adequacy and conformity to the client / contract administrator?s requirement.?Establish hazardous task procedure and monitor such activities for effective compliance.?Carry-out counselling to employees to improve their awareness.?Initiate special on site trainings as and when required.?Analyze accident trends and recommend for mitigating measures to the project management.?Initiate recommendation to HSE Engineer / Project Manager / Project in-charge for disciplinary actions to the offenders of safety rules.?Attend joint Project Management HSE Walk-through with the client. Record all noted HSE deficiencies and present during the wrap-up meeting for Project incharge?s (all discipline) corrective actions.?Ensure all the workforce qualification criteria and trainings as per the expectation of the client are met with (HSE Passport).?Attend the weekly safety and progress meeting and coordinate with the Project Execution Team in conducting theWeekly Tool Box Meeting to craftsmen.?Supervise and monitor HSE Officer?s daily site safety activities.?Supervise the development of the hazardous task procedure and monitor such activities for effective compliance.
