Safety & Heavy Equipment SpecialistJob Location : Al-Hasa, Saudi ArabiaRequirements :?Bachelor?s or graduate degree required in Engineering or equivalent qualification in respective discipline.?Minimum of 5 to 7 years of teaching experience.?Licensed safety trainer (preferable with OHS / NEBOSH certification.?Proof of certifications and attended seminars and training.Duties and Responsibilities:?Prepare for, organize and conduct hands-on, participatory health and safety training educational sessions that introduce workers to resources and rights they can use to identify, prevent and address health and safety concerns.?Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the workshops/classrooms.?Develop proficiency in the understanding, use of and maintenance of equipment used in training courses as well as equipment, devices and supplies used in the field of environmental services, hazardous materials management, clean-up and emergency response.?Lead safety training modules, hands on demonstrations, verification and testing of safe and proper use of equipment and monitoring the effectiveness of the training.?Determine course content according to objectives.?Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed.?Participate in curriculum development and revision. This includes course materials such as manuals, computer based training, audio visual, and other training aids, and instructors? guides.
