We are currently looking for a highly motivated and safety-conscious Rope Access Level 1 Technician to join our team for facade cleaning projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-rise facade cleaning and maintenance tasks using safe and approved rope access techniques. This position requires a strong commitment to safety standards, excellent physical fitness, and the ability to work at heights in a professional manner.Key Responsibilities:Perform facade cleaning and maintenance tasks at various heights using rope access techniques.Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.Conduct inspections and report any issues or hazards encountered during work.Use appropriate tools and equipment efficiently and safely.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks within scheduled timelines.Maintain safety gear and ensure equipment is in good condition.Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and IRATA guidelines.Requirements:IRATA Level 1 certification is mandatory.Proven experience in facade cleaning or similar rope access work is preferred.Strong understanding of safety procedures and risk assessment related to rope access work.Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Immediate joiners will be given priority.Willingness to work in various environmental conditions.
