Your leadership as Reservations Manager will inspire your team to be brand ambassadors, while your organization and communication will ensure that all reservations reflect our guests preferences and anticipate their needs.Hotel Overview:Located just north of the city, Fairmont Riyadh will be part of a new mixed-use development project comprising the hotel, a convention center and commercial real estate space that will house multinational corporations as well as regional companies. The hotel will feature 298 spacious guestrooms, including Fairmont Gold. Guests will enjoy a selection of dining venues as well as spa and fitness facilities. The convention center comprises 4,000 square meters of meeting and function space.Summary of Responsibilities:Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceLead and manage all aspects of the Reservations department and ensure all service standards are followedManage and coordinate all group and individual reservationsMaintain close liaison with the Sales, Conference, and Accounting teamsProduce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as requiredAttend pre-convention meetings and revenue management meetings as requiredMaximize revenues by ensuring all Reservation Agents are knowledgeable in room product and hotel servicesConduct regularly scheduled departmental meetingEnsure effective productivity of all Colleagues through staff scheduling and adhering to budget guidelinesBalance operational, administrative and Colleague needsAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications:Previous leadership experience in a similar role requiredPrevious experience with a Property Management system requiredComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline preferredStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesVisa REQUIREMENTS:Eligible candidate will be provided visa to have work permit required as per the local law.Apply Today: Whether youre launching your career or seeking .About Fairmont Hotels & ResortsAt Fairmont Hotels & Resorts we offer our guests the finest hospitality experience in each of our destinations.
