This is position support Makkah clock Royal Tower A Fairmont hotel , the Receiving clerk will support the Group receiving office in running the daily receiving operations of the hotel.Hotel Overview: Makkah clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel, is located only a few steps away from the Masjid Al Haraam and the Holy Kaaba. This 76-story hotel, one of the worlds tallest, is the focal point of the Abraj Al Bait complex, part of the King Abdul Aziz Endowment Project. The Hotel authentic hospitality is seen throughout 858 rooms.Summary of Responsibilities:The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:Efficiently following the orders of the supervising authority and reporting to the same.Counting, sorting, and weighing all inbound goods and authenticating the receipt of the same in accord with the shipping note.Inspecting the received goods, making note of any damages and discrepancies, and immediately reporting the same.Maintaining a record of all received goodsProposing suggestions to the supervisor with regard to the documentation, storage and procurement of goods.Coordinating with the transporter and other workers of the organization for smoothly receiving of goods.Completing all legal formalities, procedures and paper work for receiving the goods. REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications:Minimum 2 years experience in Purchasing and Receiving department in a luxury property preferredProficient in MS Office ApplicationsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilities necessaryMust be a highly organized person with strong planning skillsGoal and results orientedAnalytical skills, strength as a developer and a leader of others are essentialInternational experience an assetEnergetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a charismatic team playerVisa REQUIREMENTS: candidate selection will be based on visa availability at Makkah clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel.
