Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment -Prepare Bill of Quantities/Material Take-off in accordance with the Principle of Measurement International and for incorporation within the Contract Documents.-Prepare cost estimate/analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required and labor involved.-Assist in preparing tender and contract documents, including Civil, Architectural, Structural and Bills of Quantities-Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered.-Preparing and maintaining appropriate documentation to support estimate preparation as per relevant cost estimating practices, standards and procedures.-Able to work well within a team based environment.-Manage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with business timetable.-Consult with the clients about the cost of building projects.-Study Architects and the engineers building plans.-Prepare reports about projected building costs for clients.-Administer the tendering process for contractors and subcontractors.-Visit sites to monitor to progress and to check that the work is to budget.-Recalculate costs if the design or material changes.-Certify progress claims from subcontractors.-Manage the payments for contractors and suppliers. Salary: SAR 17,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: University Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalentNature and length of previous experience: at least 7 years of experience in construction sector and preferably coming from a contracting company.Current Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
