We are urgently seeking to recruitment an experienced Purchasing Manager on behalf of our client who is a well renowned PETROCHEM COMPANY. They are seeking well qualified and experienced candidates to work with them. The positions are based in Saudi Arabia on long-term residential contracts on married or single status, excellent salary and benefits will be offered.Budget preparation and control of costs in line with the strategic business objectives and Company Spending Policy under company guideline- Authority Limits Schedule.Experience/Qualifications:?Bachelor?s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Instrument, Industrial or Control Engineering or equivalent.?More than 3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical and instrument maintenance, including administrative experience of shutdown, Turnaround and project planning and budgeting work, in petrochemical or similar process plant, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity.Accountabilities :?Review and Concur the work scope, Cost and Duration.?Prepare, Review & get approval for cost WBS structure.?Prepare TA initial budget and subsequent budget proposals as per ATWP.?Review TA add on budget and assist Sr. Manager for necessary approvals.?Ensure every MOC jobs being executed in TA window to have assigned WBS and budget and MOC jobs related cost is not booked against TA WBS.?Review & approve Contract & material strategy & its implementation.?Monitor material/Contracts management & cost effective procurement.?Monitor TA&MM execution cost and initiate corrective actions as required.?Prepare various Cost reports and publish.?Prepare and publish cost management report for TA close out.?Close WBS.
