- 2 - 6 years experience within Public policy / journalism/ Content Analysis- The analyst must have good writing skills in Arabic- Experience producing reports in Arabic & English is essential.- Fluency in Arabic is a must while fluency in English is preferred but not as important- Go through content, analyse and provide a clear summary.- Candidate will need background in Development, Economy or Politics- Analyse the content coming in, oversee reviewing it, analysing it and summarising it.- Provide opinions / recommendations, on public policy reports and analysis provided.- Environment is agile, with flexibility required of working in start-up culture. The Policy Analyst will need to be flexible to work and adapt in that environment- Excellent communication skills- Interest in public policy, Government- Ability to observe and analyse information and content.- Ability to explain key topics in a succinct manner.- Critical thinking is a must.
