Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceBachelors or masters degree in engineering from a recognized universityProfessional certification or chartered status with a recognised regulatory body8-10 years of relevant experience as project engineer participating in projects management, planning and design management from inception to completion in large scale complex mixed-use masterplans and urban development projectsStrong skills and knowledge in engineering practices, economic principles, calculation methods, design details and specificationsFamiliar with the relevant building codes, standards, permits, sustainability regulations and software applications (including Revit, ArcGIS, SSA etc.)Track record as a team player with sound multi-disciplinary organisation with design review experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)Strong English language communication, presentation and report writing skillsMust Be Saudi national
