We are seeking to recruit an experienced PROJECT QA QC MANAGER for CIVIL BUILDING PROJECTS based in SAUDI ARABIA :-Our client has recently been awarded an estimated $392m contract to build the Head Quarter Offices for RCU in Al Ula. The 29-month contract involves the construction of a multipurpose complex consisting of three separate buildings of G+3+R floors, connected by external pedestrian walkway bridges and a 2-level common basement, in addition to external and landscape works.The complex comprises a total built-up area of about 116,711 square meters (sq m) consisting of the RCU headquarters building, Housing Offices, a Meeting and Event Center, a Fitness Center, a Helipad, and other Support Areas such as a Daycare facility, a Clinic, an RCU academy, Retail, and F&B.Experience/Qualifications RequiredBSc Engineering or equivalentMust have a Civil Engineering background.15 years working experience with at least 10 years in QC Engineer/Manager post in civil/building projects.Must have the ability to communicate well at all levels within the Company and to demonstrate leadership.Must possess very good planning, presentation, negotiations and organizational skills, the vision to identify quality improvement opportunities and the ability to achieve results through motivation and team working.Must be able to demonstrate a sound experience in the execution of all phases in a typical Contract for high- class Civil Building facilities.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the establishment of a fully documented project quality system in line with the Contract requirements and ISO 9001:2015 covering Procurement, Construction and Pre-/Commissioning.Ensure that work is carried out fully in accordance with the project quality standards specified in the Contract and that the procedures laid down in the Project Quality Plan to achieve these standards are followed.Establishing and monitoring KPI?s for all project execution phasesMaintain a project quality audit schedule to ensure effectiveness of the project quality system.Liaising with Client?s/Owner?s QA/QC team and the Consultant assigned to the project.Keep close liaison with the Owner with regard to all site QA/QC issues during all phases of project execution.Check purchase and sub-contract requisitions and evaluate vendor?s and Sub-Contractor?s quotation regarding inspection matters, as applicable.Organize and provide quality awareness training sessions.Supervising a multi-discipline team of QC Engineers and Inspectors on site
