Qualifications and Experience:* Must have Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline* Must have 15 years postgraduate experience with at least 10 years on large mainline/ Heavy Rail projects.* At least 2 years experience on large rail projects with SAR/SRO in Saudi Arabia* A hands-on manager who is visible and engaged leader.* Strong ability to review rail specifications and designs.* Strong construction management experience and strong understanding of the process.* Demonstrable experience in the GCC Rail Industry Sector including Construction Design Management (CDM) and formal risk evaluation and assessment methodology.* Detailed Knowledge of GCC/SAR, Commercial and Procurement regulations and practices.* Strong leadership ability with a dynamic mind-set.* Must speak & write English fluently.
