Previous Director level experience in the design and construction of hotels and large building projects, including managing multiple complex projects with multiple teams under your responsibility is required. Candidates must have strong senior stakeholder management along with the ability to motivate, control, communicate and articulate information with senior stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.- A property or construction related degree is required- CIPS, RICS or PMP Accreditation also required
