Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment POSITION SUMMARYSuccessful candidate is expected to assist Procurement Manager and his team at Air Products DTV Facility.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare purchase requisitions in SAP as per instruction & approval of Procurement Manger and then send Purchase Order requests to Air Products SBS team.Update Procurement tracker and procurement files & record as per company policy.Perform expediting of purchase orders assigned to him by Procurement Manager.Review & verify new vendors registration documents and maintain record of vendors CR, Zakaat & VAT certificates expiry status.Process all procurement departments related E-Form invoices in SAP and maintain tracker of the same.Responsible for other administrative tasks like preparing and forwarding invoices to AP Payable team & follow-up for vendors payment, update status to vendors, filing, and organizing documents as per local Tax Law & Procurement Audit requirements.SKILLSMust have Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)Strong documentation management skillsGood time management and organizational skillsMust be Fluent in EnglishMust have good typing speed REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEMust have a Bachelors Degree, in any field (preferred in Business Administration)3 years plus experience in procurement or purchasing and supply chain administrationGood communication, coordination and problem-solving skillsAbility to plan, set priorities, and multi-task, attention to details and able to present information quickly and effectively.Energized and ambitious to deliver and drive resultsOpen and willing to collaborate with other functional teamsStrong sense of urgency and responsibility
