Qualification & Requirements:Bachelors Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering5+ port engineering experience with exposure to general cargo, bulk and container handling equipment.Experience with EAMS application such as Maximo, Mex, SAP. INFOR in a port maintenance context.IOSH Qualification preferredExpertise in the reliability centered maintenance of cargo handling equipment such as Reach stackers, Forklifts, Internal tractors, Mobile Harbour Cranes, Ship to Shore Cranes, Automated Stacking Cranes and Rubber Tyred Gantry Cranes.Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills and ability to influence people.Fully conversant with the current methodsHumble and willing to be open to learn and to work with others in developing a new way of working.Self-starter and the ability to work independently.Strong interpersonal skills.Proven leadership in implementing strategic initiatives.Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment.High drive to succeed and break through barriers.Open minded and a positive attitude
