Planning Engineer/SchedularJob Location : KhobarResponsibilities:? Manage the assigned Project Control resources, and allocate tasks and responsibilities for project control tasks.? Initiate and chair regular meetings with all involved parties to coordinate practical project control Issues to ensure the timely and orderly execution of the work.? Manage the preparation of a detailed Project Implementation Plan and follow-up project scheduling and reporting activities.? Monitor project progress and work performed with reference to agreed work plans, schedules and vendor contracts.? Establish, Monitor and Control processes for Scope Assignments and Change management.? Establish Risk Management processes to proactively manage project risks, identify the potential impact, and execute appropriate risk avoidance and mitigation plans.? Establish routines and guidelines for preparing project reports, with a special focus on up-to-date project status, project delays, blocking issues, and corrective actions; ensure that results are timely and correctly presented and explained to the Client in the required format, quantity, and quality.? Ensure Project progress billing and invoicingRequirements:? Relevant experience leading peers in project controls activities.? Bachelors in engineering E&I or equivalent.? Certified PMP professional? Minimum required experience is 5 Years in multiple aspects of Project Controls in a related environment (cost engineering, planning, scheduling, and estimating).? Certifications and approvals from Saudi Aramco? Must have hands on knowledge on planning software like Primavera? Must be available to join immediately
