Employment: Full Time Planning and Performance Portfolio Manager - Semi Government - Riyadh, KSAProvide support to the supervisor in implementation of Planning and Performance Management Sections policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls and highlight if there is need for any change in the process.Client DetailsSemi Government - Riyadh, KSAA leading entity in the KingdomDescriptionPlanning and Performance Portfolio Manager - Semi Government - Riyadh, KSA* Provide support to the supervisor in implementation of Planning and Performance Management Sections policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls and highlight if there is need for any change in the process.* Draft and prepare detailed implementation plans for achieving process excellence and monitor the deadlines of the implementation plans.* Guide the junior teams in daily responsibilities and monitor the activities as per plans.* Strictly follow information security policy as per the guidelines* Raise red flags whenever a breach or potential breach occurs.* Support the development of medium-term business planning for the entity based on long term strategy* Manage and maintain the relationships with the assigned portfolio of divisions* Cascade medium-term business plan and support alignment and target setting of the assigned portfolio of divisions* Develop and execute the annual planning cycle and coordinate the development of annual operating plans and assigned portfolio of divisions* Support and review the planning of the assigned portfolio of divisions based on medium-term business plan* Support the development and execute the corporate performance framework and the assigned portfolio of divisions* Monitor the execution of the business plan and annual operating plans for the assigned portfolio of divisions* Highlight corporate performance issues and develop potential solutions and raise them to top management and the assigned portfolio of divisions* Conduct performance reviews, and manage the development, and monitor the execution of corrective actions for low performing elements and the assigned portfolio of divisions* Manage and develop corporate performance reports and the assigned portfolio of divisionsJob Offer* Planning and Performance Portfolio Manager - Semi Government* A competitive package and benefits.* Being part of a leading organisation in the kingdom.
