The roleWe are looking for a People Analytics Specialist to join the Tech team! Our team works with leaders across the company and Human Resources to deliver meaningful insights from our people data. The ideal candidate has a passion for data, without losing sight of the people behind the numbers. The team leverages Workday, Power BI, and other tools to deliver innovative, sustainable and customer focused solutions.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop innovative analytical solutions that deliver accurate, and timely insights.Build, maintain, and improve reporting solutions that meet the needs of the stakeholders.Partner closely with stakeholders to understand their true requirements and deliver the insights they need.Help maintain and create data sources following best practices to ensure sustainability and reliability of the data.
