Mechanical Static EngineerJob Location : Petrochemical client in Jubail, Saudi ArabiaQualification :-Minimum a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.Experience :-7+ Years experience in Refinery or Petrochemical companyRoles & Responsibilities :-? Assists with maintenance activities of static equipment is plant.? Establishes procedures & instructions required for maintenance of static equipment according to engineering principles & safety regulations.? Contribute to the development of predictive and preventive maintenance plans and procedures for all static equipment, and provide technical expertise for static equipment maintenance activities, standard & procedures.? Witness/ Tests newly installed static equipment to ensure to fulfil requirement of supplied equipment specifications.? Provide on-job training to maintenance technicians to develop their skills to perform their duties in most safe and economical manner.? Participates in the decisions of replacing static equipment by giving technical evaluations.? Records and analyzes causes of equipment failure and recommends long-term remedy solutions.? Lead the investigation team and conduct root cause analysis for major staic equipment failures and troubleshoot various types of static equipment problems.? Review parts selection for obsolete or out-of-production parts.? Contributes in design packages for any upgrade changes in the plant static equipment.? Ensure keeping, maintaining and updating a database of all historical data pertaining to static equipment failures and assist in analyzing failure data and preparing test reports.Skills & Knowledge:-? Familiar with international codes and standards such as API & ASME.? Thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details, international codes, standards & specifications.
