?Reviews and analyze the scope of work, contract terms and conditions of contract, contract schedule and milestone dates.?Develops project schedule Level I, II, III and IV with resource loaded using P3 or P6 Primavera Project Planner, discuss with Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Technical Service Manager and get approval from client."?Prepares progress S curves, quantity curves and revenue/invoice curves from Baseline Schedule for monitoring purpose.? Identifies the critical path of the project and issue to Project Manager and Constructions Manager and monitor continuously.? Prepare and precise monitoring of actual progress of project on daily, weekly & monthly basis and submit to client and project control department using company standard formats.? Initiate communication/letter related to schedule issues with client.? Prepares bottlenecks lagging project progress showing delay reason due to shortage of manpower and equipment, non-availability of material, delay from subcontractors, non-availability of work front, engineering and design issues AYC, Client or others.? Prepares issue and monitor daily, weekly & four week look ahead monthly plan/target to the construction team with detail activities.? Work out work front availability with execution team to achieve the monthly targets given in the four-week look- ahead plan based on access availability, IFC drawings, material and consumable availability.? Prepares efficiency report collecting data from project team after physical verification at the site and elaborate major reasons for high/low efficiency of resources.? Checks and ensure that invoices being raised are in line with the progress achieved.? Prepares detailed quantity plan against each structure and monitor daily, weekly & monthly basis and correlate with the quantity reported by construction team in efficiency report.
