Marketing Manager - Al Rass - Retail - Consumer food brandsOur client, a diversified company primarily operating in the retail sector requires a Marketing Manager. The incumbent will work out of their Al Arass office in the Qassim Province and report directly to the Vice President (Sales and Operations).This person will be accountable and responsible for the overall direction of the Marketing Function for the Organisation with regard the planning, development, implementation, execution and evaluation of marketing plans and programs in market research, sales promotion, pricing, advertising, customer intimacy, digital and social media aimed at maximising market share and achieving the sales, profitability and new business targets of their consumer food brands.Other areas of responsibility is to:Mentor and guide the marketing team to achieve objectives and key performance indicators.Partner with some of the best media and advertising agencies in the KSA so as to create iconic campaigns that will support, grow and make their brands top of the consumer minds. REQUIREMENTS: Suitable candidates will have a Bachelor or Masters degree complimented by extensive experience (10 years+) in retail and or FMCG with proven experience developing and leading a team to success.Strong project management skills and ability to manage tight timelines.
