- Preferable experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or in Strategy & Financial Planning functions (7+ years)- A strong communicator able to influence decisions with impactful presentation skills; able to present sophisticated analysis, logical reasoning, with grounded alternatives to senior management- Excellent prioritization skills and a true passion for delivering service of the highest standards- Adaptive and able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment- Business judgement capable of driving a diverse organization to the right results with a focused, pragmatic approach- Superb financial modeling skills and extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis- fast-growing with a flat organizational structure, which means that employees are often asked to perform tasks with a range of difficulties.
