Logistics / Fleet CoordinatorJob Location : Saudi ArabiaJob Responsibilities:?Making daily fleet shipments in SAP and closing them with costing like driver allowance, fuel expense, etc?Monitoring the maintenance activities and making the job and maintenance orders in SAP?Plan the daily deliveries and other work assignments efficiently?Making sure the business standards are implemented strictly like temperature control environment, hygiene and safety precaution?Follow up renewal of all types of licenses (istemara, MVPI, Mizan card, insurance) before expiryBasic Requirements:?At least Bachelors Degree/ Diploma/ Vocational graduate?Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience in logistics/ dispatching?Must know to use ERP system and Microsoft excel for reporting?Good people management is a plus?Good English, Arabic or Urdu language is preferred
