Qualification & Requirements:?BA/BS/BSc, Bachelor?s degree in English, journalism, communications, or related discipline?6yrs+ of experience in localization management?Experience of both Agency and Client side an advantage?Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs?Experience managing localization projects and evangelizing globalization best practices across a variety of cross-functional stakeholders and leadership, working across time zones?Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to think both strategically and tactically?Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks?Ability to excel in a dynamic, complex, and fast-paced operational environment, drive change, and collaborate with others?Speak at least 1 other language. (German, Chinese, French, Russian).?Experience utilizing data to make business decisions?Understand digital and SEO.
