A major semi-government entity in Riyadh is seeking a Legal Operations Manager with real estate experience to manage some functions of the legal department under the guidance and support of the Legal DirectorClient Details* Semi governmental entity headquartered in Riyadh, with a focus on telecoms, property/real estate and managementDescription* Manage legal operations and ensure adherence by set legal policies, procedures and processes* Provide advice on the local laws and regulations* Legal support to real estate, site leasing and ownership & management* Manage violations and disputes* Manage the permit issuance, registration with all relevant municipalities and government bodies legal support to ensure smooth operations and readiness to operations of sites / assetsJob Offer* Become a part of a major government supported outfit with a high priority legal focus.
