They are currently looking for a Legal Manager to be based in Jeddah.Duties & Responsibilities:Manage all legal affairs & corporate mattersEnd-to-end management of all agreements and contractsManage, liaise litigationsHandle anti-trust, anti-bribery compliances: enforcement, implementation & trainingsGive accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategiesSpecify internal governance policies and regularly monitor complianceResearch and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operationsApply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issuesCommunicate and negotiate with external partiesDraft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the companys full legal rights REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors/ masters degree in law is a must5 -8 years of experience in corporate lawProven experience as a legal counsel in business environmentExperience working with a large company in KSAStrong knowledge of contract law and complianceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholdersResult-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in a teamExcellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and proceduresFull comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporationDemonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategiesHigh degree of professional ethics and integritySound judgement and ability to analyse situations and informationOutstanding communication skills
