* Bachelors & Masters degrees in law required and admission as a lawyer/attorney/solicitor/barrister in home country.* The candidate must have an extensive background in construction and development projects and related matters and in all forms of commercial contracts and ancillary agreements related to PPPs, construction and development having extensively advised upon, negotiated, drafted, and reviewed construction and development projects documentation and be conversant with relevant Sharia law principles, KSA regulations and policies.* Experience with both legal and commercial aspects of large-scale utility PPP projects in KSA.* Must have between 10-15 years post-qualification experience working for a well-regarded in-house company and/or private practice law firm in KSA.* Must have significant experience with large scale development and construction projects.* Experience in dispute resolution including arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.* Must be admitted or eligible to practice law in the Middle East or a Commonwealth jurisdiction.
