As an IT System Administrator, you will be responsible to provide end-user support, server / network administration, Cloud setup administration, routine maintenance, and infrastructure support.Client DetailsAn alternative asset management company based in the Middle East with a strong portfolio of investments.Description* Providing end-user support for all PC based hardware, applications, and services.* New user setup and orientation including installing and configuring workstations, software, telephone services, network printing, etc.* Windows Server Installation, Configurations & Administration.* Administration, support and configuration of MS Office O365 for staff.* Ensuring the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability.* Training and educating end-users on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools (OneDrive, Teams, OneNote, Outlook etc).* Experience administering O365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint environment.* Full understanding of Microsoft Azure and RMS.* Network & Security Administration ( Cisco Routers, Switches and Firewalls)* Provide overall operations and monitoring of CCTV systems.* Logging all IT service requests, complaints & incidents* Coordinate & follow up on Technical issues within IT Team or external suppliers.* Maintain file server & backup activities as per policies define.Job Offer* Attractive salary* Dynamic work environment* Opportunity to work in a leading organisation REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Information Technology or related field.* Minimum experience in similar role of 4-6 years.* Experience administering O365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint environment.* Help desk experience and ability to provide technical and end-user support.* General knowledge of networking - IP, DNS, SMTP.* Microsoft & Cisco certification is highly recommended.
