IT EngineerJob Location : Saudi ArabiaJob Role & Responsibilities:?Hands on technical experience in Installation, troubleshooting, HW / SW upgrade of Desktop / Laptop.?L1 technical Trouble shooting experience of all Infrastructure issues related to Server, Network, Desktop / Laptop, and servers.?Experience in POS Machine setup, HW upgrade (RAM and HD) and SW upgrade (from window 7 to 10).?New store setup such as installation of Servers, POS systems, Backoffice PC?s, Access points, other infrastructure devices and MDM device configurations?Good communication and interpersonal skills.?Flexible to travel across all the cities in KSA (Valid Saudi driving license preferred).
