Qualification & Requirements:?Between 3-6 years? experience in either internal or external communication teams?Proactive approach with a ?completer-finisher? attitude to see jobs through to a successful conclusion?Ability to support the preparation of comprehensive communication strategies to align with strategic communication goals?Thorough understanding and appreciation of internal communications channels and tone of voice?Proven record in developing high-quality written communication materials and campaigns, with a keen eye for detail and drive to create engaging and inspiring content?Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations to support planning for internal communication initiatives and campaigns?Contribute and manage the development of coordinated schedules and plans for internal communication campaigns?Support the development and quality delivery of Community-wide colleague engagement events and activities?Media monitoring, tracking, and documenting campaign results; analyze data/outcomes?Bachelor?s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related field?Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native-speaker fluency)?Proficiency and experience in delivering events?Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
